To make changes to an award ticket (travelyou have booked using your miles), you need to suggest changes to the airlinesat least 72 hours before the departure of your flight.
You would also need to pay a $150 USDreissue fee to make changes. However, this fee is not applicable to Diamond andPlatinum Medallion members.
Same-Day Flight Changes
Thismeans that you are allowed to make a flight change within 24 hours of yourflight’s scheduled departure time. However, this rule is only applicable whenflying within the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Delta’s Flight Change Policy
· Tickets for international travel and Basic Economy fares are not subjectto same-day changes.
